A delicious dish that manages to seduce all gourmets by combining delicious flavours and simple ingredients. Great for packed lunches and outings with friends or family.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 200g of fusilli
  • 1 jar of Porchetta tac!
  • 10 cherry  tomatoes
  • 50g of salted ricotta
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

First bring the slightly salted water to boil. Meanwhile blend the tomatoes, 30g of the salted ricotta, basil, extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic (if desired)in order to create a creamy sauce. Drain the pasta and mix the creamy sauce and the delicious pork cream spread in a pan off the heat . To complete the dish, add a pinch of pepper and sprinkle the rest of the grated salted ricotta on top.
